About Us

We are 360 Engineering Team, a group of seasoned Engineers with over 50 years of combined experience. Our main focus is helping, with our professional guidance, Condominium Associations in preventing structural damages from happening. In the vast majority of our cases damages are already present, and our rapid professional response has been the decisive factor.

Our staff is vastly experienced in the field of structural inspections and reviewing structural repair procedures, which gives us the confidence to address our clients’ needs with care, and select the best solution for them. 360 Engineering Team provides a wide range of Inspections and Structure Repairs in the public and private sectors.

Our Directors

Sergio R. Gonzalez P.E., CGC has over 35 years in construction experience in USA and overseas. Mr. Gonzalez is a Florida Professional Engineer dedicated exclusively performing structural inspections in the construction phase and during the lifetime of the structure and a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.

Inspection projects completed ranges from, sector dwelling units in the public sector, airports, schools, high and low rises, hotels, single family homes.

Joangela Sanjuan is an accredited bachelor in Civil Engineering with more than twelve (12) years of experience leading and managing multiple construction projects focusing on engineering theories and principles to meet standards for quality, performance, timeliness and budgeting.

Her management skills made her responsible for providing independence in the making decision process of multiple complex residential and commercial projects to ensure the project comes in on time and under budget; also, by providing a systematic and organized approach that eliminates unwanted costs while improving functionality and quality.

With a vast experience in project management, forensic engineering, new construction, threshold structural inspection with emphasis on rebar, PT tendon, concrete placement inspection, and concrete restoration; Joangela has successfully led groups of professional’s engineers from the design, building and construction industries.
