Priceless concrete solutions is our signature.

Construction Phase

It all begins with the idea of constructing a building. The Architect translates ideas into the plans,  then the Engineer’s design comes into place to make it possible. After that a Contractor is selected and the job begins.  It may sound simple but there’s much more to it than that.

During construction it is our duty to make sure the intent of the Structural Plan is met, so that the Engineer’s design can be accomplished. For this to happen we need to be on site as early as 2 a.m. and  as late as 10 p.m. or as continuous as 30 hours when a big concrete placement is in progress.

As part of our duties we need to verify that all the reinforcing is in the  correct place within the structural element, as well as the correct spacing/amount of the specified grade. We also need to make sure the correct concrete mix is being used, placed and properly tested as per the approved standards.

We also need to perform inspections in block walls, structural steel, windows, doors, railings, verify that the construction sequences are followed, and inspect the repairs when they are needed.

After Construction Phase

When we are requested to visit a structure where people live or work, or when we pay a visit to an empty structure that will be retrofitted, we know where the problems might arise due to the fact that we’ve been there during construction.

This experience is not gained by reading, studying, or watching videos. It is gained by being there and our extensive experience is what differentiates us from many of our competitors. If you make the decision to choose us to represent you, rest assured you are in very good and experienced hands.

Concrete Repair

Structural Damage may seem minor on the surface for the untrained eye. For us it might indicate a more serious underlying damage that could compromise the safety of your property.
